1. Services Provided

HyperFix Des Moines Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services including emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery and winching, junk car removal, heavy-duty towing, and roadside assistance. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and specific circumstances.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you have insurance coverage for towing services, you are responsible for verifying your coverage and providing accurate information to your insurance provider.

All quoted prices are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the actual situation differs from what was described. We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with the work.

3. Vehicle Condition and Liability

You are responsible for accurately describing the condition of your vehicle when requesting service. This includes disclosing any pre-existing damage, modifications, or mechanical issues that may affect towing. We will conduct a visual inspection before loading your vehicle and document its condition.

HyperFix Des Moines Towing is fully insured and takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during transport. However, we are not liable for damage that results from pre-existing conditions, hidden mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

If you have concerns about your vehicle's condition or any special requirements for transport, please inform our dispatcher when you call.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled tow, please contact us as soon as possible. If our driver is already en route to your location, a service call fee may apply. We will work with you to find a fair solution based on the circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

When requesting service, you must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle type, and the nature of the problem. You are responsible for removing all valuables and personal items from your vehicle before it is towed.

If your vehicle is being towed from private property, you must have authorization from the property owner or manager. HyperFix Des Moines Towing is not responsible for any disputes related to unauthorized towing requests.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 24/7 service throughout Des Moines and surrounding areas, service availability may be affected by extreme weather conditions, high call volume, or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to reach you as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperFix Des Moines Towing's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
